2. Voice Cloning Consent

By uploading audio, you confirm that:

• You are providing your own voice or have explicit permission from the speaker
• You agree not to use Storydio to impersonate, deceive, defame, or infringe on the rights of others
• You agree not to engage in unlawful or harmful activities

3. Content Ownership

You confirm that you own the text content you upload or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. Storydio processes uploaded text solely at your direction to generate audiobooks for your personal use.

4. Token Purchases

• Tokens are non-refundable unless required by law
• Tokens never expire
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using Storydio to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial system

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

Storydio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
